Vanagon Dictionary follows a public-first, no-fake-data, standards-based model.

• One canonical lexical service is shared by Vanagon and Gerry; each site retains its own feeds, protocols, credentials, and content ownership.
• No fake terms, votes, rankings, moderation statuses, or discovery metadata.
• Public-safe dictionary reads are intended to be available without credentials; operator mutations require PLATPHORM_API_KEY.
• Historical wording, source categories, translation drafts, and editorial additions retain distinct provenance and review labels.
